Yoga Teacher
I have had a long and interesting career working in many areas of health and fitness, and have had an interest in yoga and all things spiritual from a young age – gaining my first yoga qualification approximately 20 yrs ago.
Since then I have been teaching various types and styles of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, kundalini and yin – alongside breathwork, meditation and relaxation. I teach regular classes in the local area, and also run workshops, retreats and events – both in the UK and abroad – and often collaborating with other people. I work with the seasons, nature, music, astrology and the moon – running regular new and full moon retreats. Alongside my yoga classes, I also have a small business called “Peace Treaties”, making delicious raw chocolate, which I like to share with my students 💖
I love being a yoga teacher, as I get to make a difference to peoples lives – being able to lift someone else up in this way is a great feeling for me, and as a yoga teacher, it’s something I get to enjoy with each and every class. My students often tell me about how the classes are benefiting them, and the lessons they are extending into other areas of their lives.
