The 3-Day Reset is a simple, guided self-coaching practice before breakfast and before bed, which you will be able to walk away with and do yourself after three, easy, morning and evening guided coaching practices.
It’s live on Zoom with me, Rachel Jenkins, highly qualified and experienced in Neurodesign Engineering, Performance Coaching and a multitude of healing modalities over the last 20 years.
