We are all navigating challenges in our lives. Sometimes it can feel excruciatingly difficult to know what to do when an unexpected curve ball comes our way, be it with our health, relationships or finances. Perhaps a dependent or someone else that you care deeply about is experiencing something ‘really challenging’, which can cause us deep pain too and is affecting or depleting your energy.

Perhaps you are in recovery from experiencing something that has felt extremely challenging.

I know that I have.

It happens to us all at some point.

Building our personal resilience in preparation for times like this or even during, is vital.

  • Tues 4th to Thurs 6th 3-Day Reset: Tues, Weds & Thurs: 6am – 7am and 8pm -9pm
  • Fri 7th 6:30am – 7am Performance Coaching Session Plus additional Q&A 7am-8am
  • Fri June 21st 6:30am – 7am Performance Coaching & Integration Session Plus additional Q&A 7am-8am if you can create space to join, this will heighten your learning experience and support you to achieve greater results.

Zoom: We meet live on Zoom. Your Zoom link & password will be emailed to you prior to Monday June 3rd.

Recordings: Recordings of each session are available within an hour to replay if you can’t make it live for one of the sessions or for review. You have ongoing access to the recordings to help you stay on track.

Privacy: There is no need to share any personal information in the group. It is a guided self- coaching practice that allows you to receive the answers you need, in the privacy of your own home. You do not need to turn your video or audio on during the live sessions.

Private What’s App Group: For the month of June, you will have access to daily channelled motivational messages from Rachel, to help you integrate what you have learned more easily, so you can stay on track and connect with others in our group should you wish to. It can feel very supportive and motivating to feel connected with others who are having a shared learning experience.

Rachel is a highly qualified Performance and Results Coach, Reiki Master, Neurolinguistics Master Practitioner, Ericksonian Master Hypnotherapist, Magnified Healing Practitioner. With almost twenty years of working experience in these modalities.

She guides you though a very powerful, simple self-coaching practice which enables you to become very clear on who you are, where you are at, what you want and how to get there. It is a very empowering and enlightening process.

Rachel’s guides you through her self-coaching practice that you can learn and integrate into your life very easily, so that you can become your own best coach very quickly. This means that you can take control of your life at greater and greater levels, leading from your heart, trust it completely to help you live in a space of freedom every day.

This month’s focus is: Joy. This is what you will be cultivating and bringing more fully in your life. Possibly at levels greater than ever before.

Rachel is not: A psychologist, psychotherapist councillor.

The process is easy and fun. All you need to do is:

  • Show up at the times outlined above on Zoom, in a quiet, undisturbed space
  • Bring an A4 Hard Back note book and a few pens

Commit fully to:

  • Yourself & your desire to experience greater Joy everyday
  • Getting up early to meet on Zoom to be guided live through Rachel’s easy self-coaching

Practice

  • Being on time for the lives and to watching the replays if you can’t make it live.

A message from Rachel: It can be a lot of fun to break through habitual patterns that hold us back from experiencing a deep sense of joy. That may make no sense to you right now, but it is true.

Our subconscious programming is buried deep within us and we have no conscious awareness of why we hold ourselves back from experiencing a life that we would truly love to experience, one which feels joyful every day.

It is possible to unlock the patterns safely, to create new habits and open up new options of possibility for yourself so that you can experience greater depths of joy, at a pace that works for you.

Sometimes when life feels tough and unexpected challenges pop in to test us, it can feel very difficult to access powerfully resourceful states, including joy, but… it is possible to train yourself to build your personal resilience and ability to still hold yourself in empowering states, including a space of joy, to help you move through these times. Times which inevitably, we all have to face somewhere along the line.

It is my absolute joy and privilege to share with you how I build my resilience and activate joy every day.

Believe me, there have been tough times to travel through during the last 10 years and this practice has helped me through every time: An horrific Divorce, losing my home, my business, BIG health challenges…
