1. Enrol to reserve a space for yourself to maximise your experience of the ‘3-day reset’ (Actually spread across 5 days to accommodate the Intro and Outro sessions) LIVE on Zoom (Agenda detailed on the calendar below)
2. Please choose one area of your life that you would like to focus on this month:

   • Your Relationships (this can of course be your relationship with yourself).
3. Save the Zoom link you’ll receive after enrolment as we will use it for each of the sessions
4. Enrolment constitutes agreement to maintain any and all aspects of these sessions as 100% confidential prior to us meeting on Monday.
