Pembrokeshire born, Teresa Walker ~ Sound and Energy Healer, Gong Practitioner, Retreat Facilitator, and Magic Maker will be facilitating your sound immersion experience.

A sound bath, simply involves lying down or sitting with whatever you need such as a blanket, pillows and maybe an eye mask to be cosy, warm and comfy for the hour long session.

It’s not a time for doing anything…but more a time of simply being present.

Our bodies are composed of over 70% water and the vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments are felt not only by the ear but throughout the body activating the natural relaxation processes of our nervous system, helping us to achieve a feeling of deep relaxation that is all too often quite difficult to reach in our busy modern lives.

The vibrations, especially those of the gongs work with each and every cell and entrain our brainwaves…slowing them right down to alpha and theta states which are associated with clarity and calm, and also creativity.

This really is the space where magic happens. Benefits of a sound bath can include:

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, sound induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus, women in their first trimester of pregnancy, severe mental health concerns, or anyone who has had recent surgery involving metal implants.

Importantly:

For your complete comfort and to fully immerse yourself in this experience and get the most out of it, please bring the following:

• A notebook and pen (for Rachel’s guided, meditative self-coaching practice) and anything you need, to sit comfortably for approximately an hour including a bottle of water 💦
• A yoga mat or anything to lie on for an hour in complete comfort and to relax deeply for approximately an hour. A blanket to snuggle under, and a pillow are recommended too (for Teresa’s Sound Immersion) 🎶

This event is not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy or for people with the following conditions:

• – Severe mental health issues
• – Pacemaker or other metal implants
• – Sound-induced epilepsy
• – Severe heart conditions
• – Severe Tinnitus
